This notice explains how ecoplus (we) processes your personal data. 1.) Purpose of Processing

Personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") are processed by us only as necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there. According to Art. 4 no. 2. of the GDPR, "processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, arrangement, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. If you contact us (e.g. via email), we will only use your data to contact you directly. If no further contact is made within a period of six months, your data will be automatically deleted.

2) Categories of data processed and legal basis for processing.

The legal basis for the processing of their personal data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the data subject pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. GDPR, insofar as these cookies data are processed for contract initiation or contract execution.

3.) Transmission of your personal data

4) Storage period

Your personal data will be retained by us only for as long as reasonably deemed necessary by us to achieve the purposes set out in point 1 and as permitted under applicable law. They will be deleted if your inquiry has been answered conclusively and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, such as in the case of any subsequent contract processing.

5) Your rights in connection with personal data

Under applicable law, you are entitled, among other things (subject to the conditions of applicable law), • to confirmation as to whether data concerning themare being processed, to information about the data being processed, to further information about the data processing and to copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR); • correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR); • to erasure of data concerning them that is incorrect or processed in a way that does not comply with the law (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR) or, alternatively, to the extent that further processing is required pursuant to Art. 17(3) GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR; • - to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to transfer this data to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR); • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 GDPR). • In addition, the Provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the Provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
